Bad Education is a comedy-drama that centers on the true story of Roslyn School District’s 2004 financial scandal, the largest public school embezzlement in the nation.

I joined this film as a scenic artist. Our team dressed up the walls by adding a lot of character and utilizing different faux aging techniques. We painted an office building and then replicated those same paint applications on a sound stage. One of our main focuses was the drop ceiling tiles. We created a variety of faux water-damaged tiles that became a critical plot point in the movie.
